How to configure an email account in Outlook for Mac (Office 365)

  • Open Outlook and click on Outlook in the top menu bar.
  • Click Preferences.
  • Click Accounts.
  • Click the + and select New Account.
  • Input your email address and click continue.
  • Click IMAP/POP.
  • Ensure settings match:
    • Type: IMAP
    • Email Address: Full Email Address (ex. user@domain.com)
    • User Name: Full Email Address (ex. user@domain.com)
    • Password: Input your password

    • Incoming Server: email.2kwebgroup.com
    • Incoming Server Port: 993
    • Incoming Use SSL to connect: Yes

    • Outgoing Server: email.2kwebgroup.com
    • Outgoing Server Port: 465
    • Outgoing Use SSL to connect: Yes
  • Click Add Account.
  • Click Done.
