- Open Outlook and click on Outlook in the top menu bar.
- Click Preferences.
- Click Accounts.
- Click the + and select New Account.
- Input your email address and click continue.
- Click IMAP/POP.
- Ensure settings match:
- Type: IMAP
- Email Address: Full Email Address (ex. user@domain.com)
- User Name: Full Email Address (ex. user@domain.com)
- Password: Input your password
- Incoming Server: email.2kwebgroup.com
- Incoming Server Port: 993
- Incoming Use SSL to connect: Yes
- Outgoing Server: email.2kwebgroup.com
- Outgoing Server Port: 465
- Outgoing Use SSL to connect: Yes
- Click Add Account.
- Click Done.
