Follow these steps to create a POP3 or IMAP connection to our servers on your Samsung Galaxy S:
- From the home screen, tap the Applications icon.
- Tap Mail.
- Enter the Email address. Note: If an email account is already set up, tap the More icon, tap Settings, and tap ADD ACCOUNT.
- Tap Manual Setup.
- Tap Add Another Account.
- Tap POP3 or IMAP.
- Complete the User Name (this is your email address), Password, POP or IMAP Server (email.2kwebgroup.com), Security Type (TLS), Port (110 for POP or 143 for IMAP) fields.
- Enter email.2kwebgroup.com in the SMTP Server field, Security Type (TLS), enter 587 in Port field. Check Authentication required before sending emails and input User Name (email address) and Password fields.
- Tap Next.
- Tap the Inbox checking frequency field and tap the desired option; 15 minutes is usually a good idea. Tap to check or uncheck the options as desired.
- Tap Sign In.
- Enter your email address as the account name. Enter Your name as it should appear on outgoing emails.
- Tap Next to complete the setup.
